Best known as processors of brown crab (cancer pagurus), we produce a full range of crab and crabmeat products, as well as some exciting new shellfish ideas for the caterer, for food-service, or for value-added processing.

Burgons have worked with Hindustan Lever in India to bring you the exciting new Kerala brand range.
With menu ideas such as butterfly prawns in crispy crumb, luxury crab cakes and two new flavours of prawn or squid in marinade, the Kerala range has a place on your menu.
